Patrick O'Connell is the dedicated head coach of the Gators' 8U coed youth flag football team.

Passionate about teaching fundamentals, sportsmanship, and building confidence in young players, he leads with enthusiasm and focuses on fun, teamwork, and skill development.

Coach O'Connell inspires his athletes to give their best effort on the field, contributing to the program's competitive spirit and success in local and regional tournaments.

The Central Mass Gators, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is dedicated to empowering youth in north central Massachusetts through inclusive coed flag football. We provide accessible, competitive tournament opportunities that build skills, teamwork, character, and lifelong passion for the game—ensuring every child can play, grow, and thrive regardless of background or ability.
